I’m a UX/User Researcher with a passion for designing user experiences from doing user research, gathering evidence to better understand user interaction. I’ve done user research as part of the agile design process for the Department for Education (DfE), the Cabinet Office (CSHR), HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC), Nationwide Building Society, NHS Digital and Valtech UK amongst others. When I’m not doing something user research or design related, I’ll be developing black & white print film (my darkroom adventures), enjoying really good food with friends and co-organising SWUX (South West UX) collaboratively.
