I’m a UX/User Researcher with a passion for designing user experiences from doing user research, gathering evidence to better understand user interaction. I’ve done user research & user testing work as part of the agile design process for the Department for Education (DfE), the Cabinet Office (CSHR), HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC), Nationwide Building Society, NHS Digital and Valtech UK amongst others. When I’m not doing something user research or design related, I’ll be developing black & white print film (my darkroom adventures), enjoying really good food with friends and co-organising SWUX (South West UX) collaboratively.
